About Creative Community Development

Creative Community Development serves underserved and historically marginalized populations including low income families, minority communities, indigenous populations, veterans, unhoused individuals, youth, and individuals experiencing economic hardship. We are dedicated to supporting communities facing barriers to stable housing, employment, mental health services, food security, and access to essential resources by providing person centered, community based support designed to empower individuals and strengthen long term community well being.

• Survivors of CSEC sex trafficking
• Aged-out foster youth / TAY
• LGBTQ+ individuals

• Individuals enrolled or eligible for Medi-Cal and Managed care health plans
